We are 2 miles east and 1.5 miles south of Grenville SD on the NE shores of Waubay Lake.

We have full water, sewer, and electric hookups to all pads. Oh and did we mention we mow your lots for you!?!?  That's right, just show up and enjoy yourself, you work hard during the week, this is a place  to relax.  

Existing shoreline sites are $2600 for the season & off shore sites are $2100.  Seasonal dues cover water, sewer, garbage, & mowing service.  Additional shoreline sites are currently under construction & will be completed during the summer of 2025.  Those will be $2750 and offer spacious shoreline green space.  All sites are metered for electric and are the tenants responsibility.

The typical season will begin on Memorial Day Weekend and run through Labor Day weekend. Should weather allow us to start early & stay late, we're all for it. 

Lot sizes range based on the contour of the land. The range is 35-45 feet wide and 60-80 feet deep with some being even larger.  Newly developed sites can run 120 feet deep.  

Your camper may remain in it's designated spot year round at no additional cost. 

We relocated and made upgrades to our landing in the summer of 2024.  It's now tucked in a bay & much more protected from the wind, making getting on/off the water a breeze.  

Yes, as long as your pet is not aggressive towards other pets or humans.  We do ask that you always have the community's best interest in mind when policing your pet. If it becomes an issue, it will have to be addressed.
